xfce4-places-plugin v0.9.992 (1.0beta2) released

There remains one known bug from v0.3 that's
probably still around ( http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3453 ).

 * Reorganization of GUI code
 * Improved plugin sizing algorithm
 * "Open" menu item now opens with Thunar, as intended
 * Now polls for model changes (e.g., new devices) while menu is open
 * Fix bug #3471 (Rightclick action pins autohidden panel)

Please file bugs if you find any issues.

I suspect this will be the last beta before 1.0 final. I'll wait until
there are no open bugs, however, before releasing that.
