Notes plugin silently cuts note text to 8192 characters during saving to a
file. Everything seems to to be OK until plugin is runing (whole text is
displayed), but after restart of Xfce, notes are loaded from file and thus
shortened to 8192 characters.

In my opinion, plugin should not allow user to enter note longer than 8192
characters or it should allow notes of any length (which is better solution).
