Just wondered why "xfce_about_dialog_new" was deprecated then ?
(and similarly why none of the default panel items have Abouts)

I fixed this bug, the menu must be of the GtkImageMenuItem class
in order to have icons so constructing a GtkMenuItem didn't work.
