[Goodies-dev] New stuff in xfce4-cpugraph-plugin

* Added 'Non-linear time scale." as an advanced option. For me a really
useful feature as it allows you to see longer-term usage patern as well
as short term.
* Added 'cpufreq' color mode, which ranges from color #1 to color #2
proportionally to CPU scaling frequency.
* Added scaling detection so new color mode can work, and tweaked Linux
CPU usage code a little bit to account for new stats in kernel v2.6,
also optimize resources.

I am having trouble accesing svn+ssh but I will keep trying.
