When display as flag is chosen, the greek flag does not show up, because the
keymap is now 'gr'.
Most of the intented audience should be using xorg now, so the best action
shoud be to rename the flag from el.png to gr.png and not bother with any
compatibility provisions, IMHO.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Flag display mode in xkb plugin
2. Switch to greek keymap

Actual Results:  
The indicator reads 'gr'

Expected Results:  
The Greek flag should be shown
