[Goodies-dev] xkb plugin in svn panel doesn't act on the configuration file

hi there,
  i'm using svn version of the panel and svn version of the  xkb plugin for it.
everything works fine, bud after a restart, xkb plugin sets it's default
values(flag picture,remember state for every application) even though in the
configuration file in ~/.config/xfce4/panel/xkb-......rc the settings are
different. any thoughts or a possible solution?
