I have a little experience with gtk, but not much. It's a bit sad to see we do not have many people...<br><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif">For orientation I only need some infos like: how am I supposed to commit my changes and the like. I see there is a git repo, shoud I just clone it and commit or do I need some sort of account? I can only agree with what Alex wrote (the maintenance situation, porting<br>
to Gtk3, starting with smaller components). The roadmap, which is sorta up<br>

That said, it is also a question of motivation and of reading the code that<br>
is there already, as we don't really have the manpower to tutor people.<br>
It's unfortunate, but that's just the way it is at the moment.<br>
Anyway, welcome and I hope you'll find the time and motivation to<br>
contribute!<br>

directly in irc (#xfce-dev on freenode).<br>
