xfce4-power-manager contains a lot of #ifdef HAVE_DPMS. With the<br>
blanking feature added and the locking feature and some weird<br>
combinations and requirements, this gets confusing. Are there really any<br>
good reasons why building with DPMS support has to be optional? Are<br>
there still any systems/devices left these days that do not support<br>
DPMS, and which the power manager needs to support? Museum objects count<br>
for nothing...<br>
