Request for Permissions to Fork XFCE Project

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Rishabh Singh, and I am new
to open source. I am interested in contributing to the XFCE project.

I understand that new accounts initially have limited permissions,
preventing me from forking projects or creating merge requests. I would
like to request the necessary permissions to fork the repositories so I can
contribute to its development.

I appreciate your efforts to maintain a spam-free environment, and I look
forward to contributing to the XFCE community.
