Get a contributor account permisson

XFCE dev team,


Hello, I  want to contribute to fix several issues [1] I have encountered recently, 
It should be a greate start for me to contribute to XFCE community.

But I cannot create MR and fork projects yet.
I want to apply to get a contributor account permission,
Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
