Almost.  There's still an unresolved issue with how we do versioning in the meson world; see the last handful of messages on this thread: https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-dev-tools/-/merge_requests/98#note_87041 .  But once that's resolved and I update the xfwm4 MR, yes, I think that would be a good starting point.
