Hopefully helpful notification reminder

Hello lovely Xfce people,

I have discovered that the reason I haven't been getting most
notifications on the Xfburn repo (which I took over maintainership of a
few months ago) is because I never went to the home page for the repo,
click on the notification bell, and change it to "You will receive
notifications for any activity"...

If anyone else had repo ownership changes recently, don't be like me
and forget to enable notifications x)
