xfway: added support for alt-tab switcher

Hi adlo,

Interesting ! What are your further plans with it ?

You plan to dump the remaining X11 code ? Or do you plan to support
both, X11 and wayland sessions ?

You want to rename the project to xfway ? (keeping "xfwm4" as name would
be confusing if it is going to be a wayland-only compositor)

(Probably worth to write such stuff already now into the README.md, so
others know what can be expected)


I suppose once you consider it ready and things work fine, it could
possibly be moved to gitlab.xfce.org if you are interested.
