Xfce Notes project cleanup

Hi Team,

I've cleaned up the bug reports in the xfce notes plugin project by adding
labels, testing, closing WFM and duplicates, and submitted a small patches.

If anyone has time, here are some issues that should be easy to fix and
would heavily improve the user experience.

Focus is lost after rename
