Hello xfce devs,

I dug into the xfwm4 source code because I was wanting to improve the 
menu presentation of "Always on Top" and related menu items. I found 
issue #39 which has to do with this and posted my patch there. I was 
helpfully directed here to request permissions to make a fork and merge 
request.

Could somebody add that for user https://gitlab.xfce.org/drsudo ?
