Being added as a transifex team manager

Hi Team,

I'm working with translators from multiple languages in a Xubuntu
translation group[1] on telegram and would like team manager access so i'll
be able to easily add members to different languages teams, as well as
assign different committed contributors in the telegram group as
coordinators or reviewers for different languages.

Presently, I'm working with the Arabic translators to prioritize their
translation efforts with a google doc[2] that I'm preparing, though this
doc can be used by any language translation group. If you have any
suggestions to the order/priority of the Xfce apps in the gdoc, do leave a
comment.
