Transition from Bugzilla to GitLab has begun

Hi again,
everything but the "big 5" is migrated. So in the coming days we'll try to
clean up more bugreports (halp!) for
- Thunar
- Power Manager
- Panel
- Settings
- Xfwm4
Then the Bugzilla transition is complete and we will close it down for
reporting bugs completely.
