Request for Fork Permission on GitLab

Hey! I was wanting to see if I could get fork permissions on GitLab so I 
can fork xfdesktop so I can get to work so I can add that internal 
fallback replacement for Thunar's DBus service, as discussed in the "Add 
package to Xfce" thread.
