Yep, latest commits and releases for libxfce4util/4ui/garcon/panel should fix your problems :)

Quick summary: our .gir files (gobject introspection) have been renamed to start with a capital letter as recommended by upstream: "Namespace of the gir, first letter capital, rest should be lower case" (https://gi.readthedocs.io/en/latest/buildsystems/autotoolsintegration.html (https://gi.readthedocs.io/en/latest/buildsystems/autotoolsintegration.html?highlight=namespace)), that was not the case for theses components.

libxfce4ui-4.15.6 does not build with libxfce4util-4.15.6. It looks like we have there a gobject-introspection conflict. Btw, gobject-introspection has the version 1.66.1.

When I build Xfce from git, is very similar but just with garcon.
