[PATCH 0/1] Change default keyboard repeat rate to 250[delay] 30[rate]

Change default keyboard repeat rate to match virtual console.

Currently defaults values for repeat rate and virtual console repeat 
rate are different. We should change that to provide more consistent 
experience ootb. This change will not affect users that have their own 
settings.

Also default setting feels very slow and unresponsive.
