Open bug lists on docs.xfce.org and wiki.xfce.org

Hi folks,

New, standardized open/active bug pages have been created for all of the 
core components and applications.
These pages contain filtered feeds from Bugzilla specific to that part 
of the project as well as links to submitting new bugs and tips for 
filing them.

The format for these pages is:

docs.xfce.org/xfce/<component>/bugs
docs.xfce.org/apps/<component>/bugs


There is also a consolidated list of all of these bug pages available on 
the wiki at https://wiki.xfce.org/bugzilla-reports
Let me know if there are any problems with the links or if you have 
suggestions to improve the pages. Feedback is welcome.
