xfce4-settings port to GDBus

Hello, I have ported xfce4-settings to GDBus and opend an issue on bugzilla
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14426. This has to potential to
fix: https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14381 and
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14386, as the new verson doesn't
have any referances to dbus-glib.
