Allowing xfce4-session to use external ssh-agent

What if you just set:

xfconf-query -c xfce4-session -p /startup/ssh-agent/enabled
false

Afaict it works just fine here (ssh-agent is gpg-agent here, so not managed by
xfce4-session).
