Thank you Mukundan, and sorry for harsh response. Speaking on my own 
behalf, I find OP's attitude completely unacceptable. OP, if you want me 
to do something for you for free ask kindly and don't resort to 
coercion. For start, remove these arbitrary restrictions from GNOME 
software, this is the last thing I would have expected from a free 
software project. Then we can start talking about following your guidelines.

I agree xfpanel-switch should come with an icon.
