AppStream issues with various XFCE applications

I am the downstream (Fedora) maintainer for both these packages. I can
probably add icon (xfce4-power-manager-settings.svg) for xfpm. I will
look into this.

But the other package, xfpanel-switch provides no icon (upstream). There
has been no response to my original bug report about adding an appdata
file [1]. I am not going to make the icon (nor do I have the expertise)
- so I am not sure what I am going to do about this. Perhaps, I will
just have to live with xfpanel-switch not showing up on GNOME software.
