Normally, such a venue goes this way:
Someone of the people mentioned before register booths for the projects, we come together and have a good time with the community, explaining and showing (new) features (like whiskermenu or xfdashboard) and doing live help. It's like the IRC, but in real life. Also we always have people who don't know that Xfce even exists, so it is also advertisment for the project.
