Alt + Tab dialog does not update client list while it's running

Oh, you mean if a window is mapped while the alt-tab window is
showing, it's not added?

That's pretty much normal imho, alt-tab is to cycle through the
windows at a given time. Not something I'd be willing to change, I
don't think it's worth the effort tbh.
