Xfce IRC Cloaks update

Steve,
I have been contributing a bit more lately, but mostly cleaning up bz and
crafting some patches.
If that makes me fit for a cloak, I'd be grateful =)

As I'm not really into IRC, I'd like to thank you and Simon for your hard
work on Xfce, for sure you guys made 4.12 happen and are motivating all
devs for 4.14.
