xfce4-hotcorner-plugin fullscreen

I've create a patch that will make hot corner won't be activated if
current window is in fullscreen mode. Because I also want able to use
hot corner when using browser in fullscreen mode, I added an checkbox
to properties window instead of hard-coded this function.

I also fixed a bug that makes this plugin's icon take too much space in panel.

You may try it out by clone and build the latest code at
