Maintaining xfce4-calculator-plugin

Hi all,

I recently toyed around with xfce4-calculator-plugin, first of all
making it buildable again. There is probably not much more to do for the
plugin, except maybe adding internationalization support.

It seems like there is no active maintainer for the plugin (last commit
from January 2012, more than 4 years ago). Thus, I'd like to take over
maintaining the plugin and hereby ask if I can get a git account and bug
tracker permissions.
