[Xfce-bugs] [Bug 11600] Actual Xfce version - 4.11

I closed the bug report because it doesn't matter *now*, since we are
releasing 4.12. It just takes more developer time to push a fix that was no
longer needed.

If you look at libxfce4util's history, there are no archive branches for
development releases. Only stables and master. This makes me suspect Nick
intentionally did not bump the version number, or that he didn't care to
double-check because that would not matter. I can point him out here, and
appreciate you raising the issue but we will not be needing to apply the
patch since a 4.12 version of libxfce4util is on its way.
