Hi Steve,

I am one of the co-maintainers of xfce core packages in Fedora. We are
certainly not shipping the 4.11 versions yet. I do have a extra repo
(COPR) that supplies these packages (and I am running 4.11 myself) but
they are not official. We are also waiting for official release (or a
definite date) before including the latest upstream versions. I may be
wrong here, but I think Debian is also doing the same thing.
