xfce4-notes-plugin does not build with Xfce 4.12

I'm puzzled. Is there any particular reason why there's no officially 
released tarball for this? I recall something similar happened with 
ristretto some time ago.

1.7.7 with patched libxfcegui4 works perfectly in the meantime.
