Bugzilla edit privileges?

Hi Xfce devs,

I'd like to ask what the procedure is for gaining editing privileges
on the bugzilla. I'd like to do some triaging when I have time to kill
to get rid of the old bugs and spot outstanding reports that can be
bountied/pushed forward for contributors (including potential
newcomers who would need some bugs to chew on).

As I don't have edit privileges I can't close bugs that are obviously
too old or mark bugs that are fixed / need more information.
