Hi,

I've been playing around with glade and tried to adjust the sizes of
some widgets, especially combo boxes. This is probably a matter of
taste, but I found the horizontally expanding combo boxes ugly when
the text they contain is so small that it only occupies a fraction of
the space of the widget. This becomes more obvious when the settings
window is enlarged, and the length of the translated strings will
certainly affect this.

Additionally, I've added the labels of the critical energy section to
size groups.

I have attached a patch which applies to current HEAD, to serve as a
mock-up.
