xfce4-screenshooter imgur support

This could be simply reflected upon in the defaults we provide. Since
support for zimagez and imgur now exist, both should have an INCLUDE. I'm
personally in favour of imgur by default rather than zimagez, which
requires an account and is less popular than imgur.
