Xfce mirror on GitHub

Hi,

Added a mirror of the Xfce repositories on GitHub. This should make it
easier for people to fork for creating new code and fix bugs (although
merge requests through github are not accepted, it is easier for
starters). It will also act as a backup of our data.

When a change is pushed, a new repository will be created and mirrored.
