ANNOUNCE: xfce4-power-manager 1.3.2 released

Thanks for the new release and your work! Ausgezeichnete Verbesserungen. :-)

One request: could you please update the Dutch translation? I checked the
Dutch translation on Transifex, and there were still some untranslated
strings. So I translated them immediately, and I also fixed some existing
translation errors.

Hopefully I'm not too late...
