See the section "Getting a git account" on
https://wiki.xfce.org/contribute#getting_a_git_account After you
get your account and repo approved, you should be able to migrate
from github to git.xfce.org and use the Xfce infrastructure (git,
bugzilla, release manager for release announcements). I think for
a page under http://goodies.xfce.org/projects/panel-plugins/start
you need a separate wiki account and someone nneds to grant you
edit rights for your page.
