Add component release announcements to www.xfce.org

With respect to the new xfce4-power-manager and xfdesktop releases (and all component release announcements here on in), is there any chance we can add these release announcements to the "Latest News" section on www.xfce.org? It might alleviate some of the comments about Xfce not being actively developed.
