It seems to me that the way to do this is to apply for a GIT account
and request maintainership of xfpm, as suggested here:
http://wiki.xfce.org/contribute#getting_a_git_account . It would be
great to have a maintainer for xfpm, as many patches are rotting on
bugzilla.
