Fwd: xfce4-xkb-plugin-0.5.4.3 deskbar support patch

Hello.
I have a patches for the xfce4-xkb-plugin (ver 0.5.4.3, which is the
currently available from the
http://goodies.xfce.org/projects/panel-plugins/xfce4-xkb-plugin ) that add
"deskbar" mode support into it.
How can I submit those?
