Regression in Xfdesktop 4.10.1 - Testers needed

This has been bothering me too, i dont necessarly want to post
announcements with the e-mail which is subscribed to the ml ..... mailman
could just whitelist all the e-mails coming from the release-manager on a
header or smth.
