New plugin to close windows

Hi

I my XFCE configuration windows are maximized and have no decoration
by default because I have small resolution screens. Therefore I needed
a plugin providing a button to close windows. Since I could not find
one I created one. The source can be found at

Now my question: What steps do I need to take to get this plugin into
