xfce4-eyes-plugin maintainer

Hi,

Recently, I've added xfce4-eyes-plugin to the panel for fun and noticed 
it has a few bugs that could be fixed easily. However, it looks 
unmaintained and last release was two years ago. There are some 
unapplied fixes on the bug tracker. I'd offer to maintain it, there 
isn't much to do anyway. I'll do mainly bugfixing and getting the files 
for the build system up-to-date, though.

If you agree, I'd like to ask for commit rights on the git repository 
for this project, to push the changes.
