meta repo

hi all
is there a meta repo with all minimum xfce (wm,desktop, libs...)
buildable in one command ?
if not will you make one or can i do one (on github or as you want) ?
i'm thinking of a bash script to check for deps and build with a cache for
objects so the next build will be very fast ;)
as long as sources are not each function one by one on a db we can't have
live update with a cache like that ;)
