New xfwm4 branch, and a couple of other patches.

I've put up a new branch with zooming and root pixmap fixes, all
cleaned up and ready for merging:

This doesn't enable the root pixmap code by default, but I still think
it is completely safe to do so. This is also now fixed in xfdesktop.
