4.12 roadmap

Devs,

I've started on the roadmap for 4.12. Inside also my idea on gtk3, it 
basically boils down to make the libs gtk3 compatible (they compile both 
a 2 and 3 suitable lib, already done this with 4ui) and applications 
*can* support gtk3 with --enable-gtk3 (see appfinder).

Everything else are just small-ish improvements.
