Doubts about xfce4-settings-editor

Greetings:

I have some doubts about xfce4-settings-editor

- Xfce4-settings-editor in Xfce is just as gconf-editor in Gnome?
- You can make xfce4-settings-editor do the same as gconf-editor? In other words, you can manage some global variables such as network configuration.
- Finally. Is there any documentation where you can see all the options can be added to xfce4-settings-editor?
