Categories=XFCE; ?

At least for openSUSE and Fedora packaging policy mandates that
desktop files follow the xdg menu spec and this is also enforced.

I don't think this has much to do with discrimination but rather
noone from Xfce participating in the spec. Note that "XFCE" is
already a valid category for "OnlyShowIn"/"NotShowIn". Since
there are good reasons for this category sending a patch for
http://standards.freedesktop.org/menu-spec/menu-spec-1.0.xml
to the xdg list might be enough to get it included.
